Resides in Castle Everwatch. Duke and patriarch of the Rivtoff Family and Duke of the Ivlis Duchy. Very bitter about the actions of Prince Othmar Bolshnik. "S" suspects that, minus the influence of the now deceased Lord Adal Keirin, Soren may, in his impulsive nature, be trying to initiate a conflict with Othmar.[1]
