Commander Regess made a pact with the werewolves of the Dog Fights. He hates the Midnight Slasher with great passion.[1]
Anton Regess' favorite weapon is Widower.[1]
Current owner of Gabrielle Aderre's Wolfkiller.

Regess is one of the Talons,[4] despite being lower level than the average Ftr7 Talon.[5] 
Perhaps his appointment as head of the Falkovnian Quarter came with an honorary promotion. Or perhaps his talent for cruelty caught the eye of Vlad Drakov earlier in his career than most.
