Sometimes elderly Ezekiel Graben forgets the pretenses necessary to obscure the lebendtod nature of most of the Graben Family. Whenever he calls Colin Graben by his true name rather than the alias "Josiah", Colin pretends that "Josiah" has been mistaken for his uncle "Colin Jr."

In truth, Colin and his wife had only one child, Horst Graben. Colin Jr. is a fiction.
