The Choroszcz Sanitarium Gate is a portal opened in Choroszcz Sanitarium to the outer planes, permitting the ingress of an intelligent daemonic force that guards nearby Bialystok and more distant Bialowieza. The portal was opened by Rabbi Joshua Fiedorow in a successful attempt to put an end to the predation of a clan of werewolves led by Jan Kryniewicki.
