The Choroszcz Sanitarium is an abandoned mental illness research facility near Bialystok. Rabbi Joshua Fiedorow opened a portal in the sanitarium that he might secure daemonic aid in the defense of Bialystok against a clan of werewolves led by Jan Kryniewicki. The sanitarium now hosts the outsider guardian.
