Numbering slightly over two dozen^[1], the Vistani tribe led by Sergio is intentionally small in number and withdrawn from too much outside contact. They live with few luxuries, and Sergio shows a distrust of most magic, fearing it draws undesired notice to the tribe.^[2] Following the death of Magda, Sergio banned certain types of magic, such as the summoning of spirits.^[3]
