The Freemen of Falkovnia are a Falkovnian resistance movement who seek to bring down Vlad Drakov's regime. As of right now, Drakov considers them more of a nuisance than a problem when compared to several of the other rebel movements going on in Falkovnia. Inexplicably, The Order of the Ebon Gargoyle has began negotiations with the Freemen to deliver messages for their Order in return for money and weapons.^[1] That an unknown group of foreigners has already beat her to the punch in forging a deal with the Freemen vexes Josephine Chantreaux to no end^[2]
