The bloodhulk fighter is the smallest and least powerful of the bloodhulks, standing at roughly human size. As with all bloodhulks, they are swollen, mindless undead that have many hit points but are particularly susceptible to piercing weapons and slashing weapons.[1] For other information, see the Bloodhulk Mistipedia entry.

A bloodhulk fighter was thought to have been presented to Azalin Rex by the outlander from Eberron named Clavius Kreel.[2]
