Like the Blessed Paladin, a character with levels in the Blessed Defender prestige class is a holy warrior held to high standards, perhaps even higher than those of a normal paladin. The Blessed Defender's highest calling is the protection of the good and noble, a task for which the Defender earnestly seeks out fellow heroes and trains them to root out and dispatch evil. The Blessed Defender's highest duty is Unlike the Blessed Paladin, the Blessed Defender's greatest trial is to to destroy a particular darklord, a task for which the Defender makes a vow and often spends years in preparation for.^[1]

Prerequisites

• Base Attack Bonus +4
• Skills: Knowledge (religion) 4 ranks
• Feats: Blessed. The character must past a test of virtue.
• Morality: The character must remained Blessed (Morality).
