Captain Howe

Captain Howe is the captain of the Black Pelican. Professor Viktor Hazan hired the captain to carry him among the islands of The Nocturnal Sea, in particular Liffe, L'île de la Tempête, and Graben Island.[1] Eventually he took Hazan to Todstein as well, where he and his crew ventured ashore with the professor.[2]
