Mentioned by the Weathermay-Foxgrove Twins in Van Richten's Guide to the Walking Dead (Item), Armand Manuzio was by the twins' reckoning the strongest enemy they have ever faced. Calling himself the "King of the Mistlands", Armand was a powerful Restless Dead who could kill with a mere Gaze Attack and beckon an amount of undead to join his side not limited by number. Deceivingly, he did not look to be more than a normal zombie.[1]
