Arkaan al-Sattar

The sheikh of the desert giants in Pharazia, although he originates from the Outlander realm of Zakhara. He and his wife were overjoyed at the birth of their son Ziyaad, the first child conceived and born among the desert giants of Zhakara since their cursing. However, they joy turned to grief when Ziyaad petrified mere hours after his birth. In his distress, Arkaan cursed gods, goddesses, and Fate alike. He and his people were drawn into the Land of Mists.

Arkaan remains protective of the statue which is all that remains of his son.
