Alicia Deemers

Alicia Deemers (real name: Alicia Cipriu) plays the role of daughter in the Deemers Family, though she is not even human. Rather, she is a halfling that merely disguises as a human child. In reality, she has a deeply contemptuous bigotry against most humans. In addition to the normal tricks of the Deemers family, Alicia frequently targets street urchins and other vulnerable victims from the lower classes, promising to get them work in Carnival. In addition, Alicia is wanted for murder of a local merchant in Martira Bay
