Donovan Kaizer (NPC)

Donovan Kaizer is an odem residing in Port-a-Lucine, Dementlieu. In life, he was Thieves' Guildmaster, but Dominic d'Honaire transformed his most trusted subordinates into Obedient and had him assassinated. Kaizer rose again as an odem and possessed one of d'Honaire's guards and assaulted him just to send a message.

Kaizer is atypical for an odem in that he seeks to rebuild his criminal empire more than mere destruction.
