Thoris is a character from the novel Heart of Midnight. He was a childhood friend of Casimir Lukas and helped him achieve power in Harmonia. At Casimir's insistence, Thoris became high priest of the Church of Milil, the new state religion Casimir instituted in Harmonia. After learning of his friend's identity as a werewolf, chance (and the machinations of Harkon Lukas) made Thoris and Casimir enemies of each other.[1]
