Charity Cove is an Island of Terror consisting mainly of a cove with a town totally submerged in water and the surrounding pine forests. The town of Charity Cove was once governed by a secular government that was nonetheless strongly influenced by strongly theologically motivated advisers and codes of morality. However, the town and the majority of its citizens were wiped out by a great flood. The only survivors were the ones that lived out on the frontier right on the fringes of the domain. This is not to say that the Cove is generally quiet, for the ghosts of the dead haunted the flooded town, and they sometimes venture onto dry land to cause havoc.[4]
Later, after this domain is resettles, it becomes Cabo Caridad.[5]
