- After swearing his oath to Ferran and receiving a parcel of land, Morgoroth uses arcane magic to construct Tergeron Manor in a single night. In the years to follow, the literal ghosts of Morgoroth's past come to haunt him and the forest surrounding his manor, causing it to be referred to as the Phantasmal Forest,[2]
named after and confused with the Phantasmal Forest of Ferran's stories of Ebonbane's domain.
