The canonicity of this module is complicated, since it is somewhere between Potential Canon and Netbook Canon. It was never going to be officially published, but at the time, Secrets of the Kargatane was the official Ravenloft website, and the author eventually went on to write for Arthaus, many of the details of the module worked their way into Canon. Therefore, the closest fitting category seems to be Potential Canon.
