Andrei was the unscrupulous and bigoted butcher that resided in the Village of Barovia.[1] in 475 BC, Andrei planted some valuables on Petya, a Vistani and then bore false witness that Petya was a thief. When Petya was to be hanged, Andrei got the noose ready. However, Jander Sunstar intervened, summoning wolves to break up the crowd.[2] A decade later, Andrei blamed the massacre of the Kartov Family on vengeance from the Vistani and , by extension,Sasha Petrovich for being responsible.[3]
Given the length of time ago he llived, Andrei is most certainly likely to be deceased.
