Lord Reinhold Dilisnya

Reinhold Dilisnya was born to Duchess Dorfniya Dilisnya and Pidlwik Dilisnya in Prime Material Barovia in 310 BC. He was the old brother of Gertrude and Oleka, the older half-brother of Leo, the grandson of Izabela Dilisnya, and the uncle of seven including Lovina Wachter. He married Nadia Yakimov who bore him at least two children.

Lord Reinhold attended the doomed wedding of Sergei von Zarovich in 351 BC where Leo orchestrated a massacre intended to wipe out the Von Zarovches. Reinhold's sister Gertrude, her husband Ivan, their three children, his sister Oleka, three of her four children, and Reinhold himself were among the many who died in Castle Ravenloft, their blood on Leo's hands. His wife Nadia Yakimov and their children either did not attend or were among the few guests who escaped. Many of the contemporary Dilisnyas are his descendants.

Reinhold's long-standing stomach illness was in fact a result of poisoning by his half-brother Leo. Leo intended to install Reinhold as Count of Barovia. Then, after a year or two, Count Reinhold would appear to die of his stomach illness, with Leo succeeding him as Count of Barovia.
