Mists of Darkness: Taking from the World of Darkness for Ravenloft

Look whose 35 years too late for this discussion! Now, I know this has been done before, I've seen threads... even here! Many of them were from ages ago. So, in this day and age, who has looted WoD for Ravenloft inspiration? It doesn't have to be just Dark Ages (or Victorian for say Zherisia) either, just in general. And no, I don't mean just using the WoD rules for a RL game (which I have seen), I mean taking from the settings.

Honestly, I've never devoted myself to figuring out how to make it work, but there's a LOT of stuff from the New World/Chronicles of Darkness setting I'd love to port into Ravenloft. The vampire clans & bloodlines are, frankly, a lot more flexible than most of TSR's original vampire varieties were, and changelings make a great Gothic Fantasy race that also retroactively let the Hags and Shadow Fey get a lot more BITE as monsters in the setting. Werewolves have some potential too, but vampires and changelings are the primary ones I'd try and port over.

There may also be some potential in drawing ideas and even the basic concept of Cells, Compacts and Conspiracies from Hunter, but that definitely needs the most "inspired by" reworking rather than straight-up porting.

I've looted World of Darkness very thoroughly for ideas about fiends/evil spirits, the Fae, and, perhaps most importantly, the idea that you don't necessarily need to be a dick about being an unrepentant man-eater.
