A great day for me

Hi all,

I've been in this community for a long time. I think it's been 9 years now since I found the Secrets of the Kargatane and first logged to their boards.
Over this time, I've come to know many of you and feel at home in here. I pop in almost every day, even I don't post anything, so in this spirit, I have great news to share with you.

Yesterday, I successfully defended my PhD thesis, finishing a personal project that lasted for almost 5 years. It's a whole phase of life that I finish now, and a new one I start, and I would like to share that with you.

See you around...

Alex Miranda

Way to go, Ail! You've passed a major milestone, and may congratulate yourself on getting those nagging committee members off your back.

Hmmm... "passed a major milestone"... does that mean that Ail's entitled to an action point, under the new system?

Thank you all !

Yeah, all I wanted now was to get myself a nice playing session and forget all about the work left behind... but I already have new things to think on
