The Voices in my head, sadly, seem to have no discernment when it comes to gender-thanks for the correction, it seems to have shut them up for a few precious moments...

Christopher Lee has been the voice of Death before, BTW. An animated version of Soul Music was released several years back(Acorn Video has the rights I think) and it should still be availble. And yes, Mr. Lee was PERFECT in the role.
"And did she ever come out?"
"Not Yet".

That's why I wanted Lee in the role, he also played Death in the animated Wurd Sisters that followed the year after the animted Soul Music :)

Some interesting names in the cast...but I'm slightly disappointed. The Colour of Magic wouldn't be my first choice of another Discworld adventure-turned-movie... Or my second...or third... It's probably the worst book in the series--or rather the least good one.

It might be the first book, but I think they could do much better...
