Cafe de Nuit podcast?

Post by Le Noir Faineant »

Hi all,

With all those SKYPE things going on, what about doing a RL podcast together?

- I have no idea how SKYPE works, nor what should be the topic of such a podcast, but, first of all, I'd enjoy chatting with you like that,
and second, maybe we can promote RL a bit that way.

Whatcha think? :)

More importantly than that, Skype is a free internet telephone service.
Actually, it was only free for a year or two. I don't know if they charge yet.
Still, it was a lot better than paying for long distance.

It's still free, but only from internet-to-internet calls.

Neat.

In any case, I don't think we've considered a podcast service. This is mainly because I have Catastrophic Alphabetic Modulation Disorder, better known as CAMD. At random intervals, in place of the word I mean to say, I actually speak the next word in the dictionary.

Its a serious problem that constantly lands me in big trough.

This is exactly what I thought of - maybe we could test this some time and record a session, if it works out well. :)

  You mean, instead of "basket", you say "bastard", or instead of "Mr police officer" you say "Polish officious"?! Priceless!

Do not confuse the dread secretary with your real world foolishness, I struggle enough as it is with this modern convenience known as movable type. No matter how hard I try to bite it, it does not bleed!
