Here is the situation of my tabletop p.c
Our party is near the Mournlands in Eberron. We are searching for a list of all known Warforge Foundries etc.
So it is evening and my pc is out scouting an abandoned settlement. As he is walking around, he discovers that others are interested as there are 16 horses etc. He escapes 2 dwarvish zombies(encased in glass - very bizarre Ive never heard of that before). As he hides in shadows a Vampire slithers out and thats how it ends.
Here's the question: I do have readily accesible Holy Water(2d4), Alchemist Fire(1d6 each round) and oil.
I do know Holy Water is efficient, but im wonderring if the alchemists fire then the oil would be a better combo? I rather like my pc LOL as IM sure you all like yours.
So let me know what all of you think, Im playing again Friday!
P.S - Boy am I glad our party is not in Ravenloft right now LOL

I decided to be sane and I ran like a maniac, but unfortunately got captured, not by the vampire but an evil priest(bad rolls he he). I did wake up in the middle of a battle, tied and gagged though. The hick is the bad guys got away with our only lead, a map in my backpack( We learned later by our investigation that the map I had was bogus). In an ancient Cannith building we discoverd the right map by "luck" and have made it to WhiteHeart beaten and exhausted(The Mournlands are rough!!!!- curing doesnt work).
Something our RL party found particularly useful was getting the Church of the Morninglord to make us holy oil. They were the only ones we could ask to make something like that, everywhere else we'd probably have gotten weird looks. When lit, it does 1d6 fire and 1d6 holy a round for three rounds. Great for vampires, zombies, and all sorts of abominations of the faith. As an added bonus, you can pour some into your weapon sheathes and annoint your weapon every time you draw, it only lasts a couple draws but it last a round or two longer on the blade due to a greater viscosity.
Don't touch the sunglasses.

It's been a while since i was here but I am running this adventure for my PC's.
You are playing Shadows of the Last War. Use blunt weapons agaist the zombies (glass against blunt weapons makes sense). Bargin with the 'vampire' as he does not know what you can do at this point. Also look for the room with the fireplace and solve the puzzle as that will speed things up. Yu are not in the Mourneland at this point but in Darguun. You will go to the Mourneland next so but Goodberry wine as healing does not work in the mourneland.
I understand this may be a little late but as I only come here once a month or so i appologise for not answering sooner.
Smile and be happy,
Trebor.

Thanks we don't play again till Fri the 11th I'll keep y'all posted. I dont know the module or adventure we are playing but I think that's it. I find it better that when I play , I know nothing about the game or world it makes it more fun and you learn more, not knowing what goes on. Example is my character heard about a Dragonmark but I have no idea what it is and he neither.
Anyhow I'll post more about it next week.
