Tradition goes out the window

Crow wished for this:

We should help him. :) What do you think would happen? What would change?

Traditions that come to mind: Every book has at least 10 PrC, There is at least a Book/month, famous/Powerful NPCs are Epics while sitting on their butts and leave those pesky CR 17 dragons massacre the land... etc.

I was actually referring to pre-WotC traditions such as refusing to stat demon princes and deities, but this works too. :P

*blinks*

Refusing to stat deities? Was there some giant interregnum period following 1e where this happened? 'Cause in the real, real old days, there were plenty of stats to go around. Heck, most of the demon princes and arch-devils showed up in the original Monster Manual. Yeah, you greater god, you may have created the universe, but forty dagger stabs from the village idiot with 18/00 strength could put you down for the count!

It's not breaking with tradition, it's resurrecting the ways of the ancients!
