Born in Lamordia (for the education) but live & work in Har'Akir. I've always loved egyptology :ankhtepot:

Or perhaps in Sebua, but only if I can find good earplugs...

Yeah, but isn't that true anywhere?

Yeah, but isn't that true anywhere?
Except for Necropolis.

I wouldn't mind living in Kartakass, either. People with a knack for the arts, nice rural countryside, and wolfweres that may be as willing to converse with humans instead of slaying them immediately. Gives me more time to think of an ingenious plan to escape. :)

Popping up in Mordent wouldn't be so bad, mainly because I'm not particularly related to anyone from there (which is more than the locals can say about their spouses).

Dementlieu, sure why not. A pair of cerebral hemispheres is nothing to be frightened of. Of course, strategically I'd like to keep Dominic on the opposite side of the bar from me.

But then again, living in Mordentshire would make easier my plans to throw Cat nip at Kharkov. hhhhmmm...this requires consideration.

I live in Canada, so frankly I don't care how rough Gaz II says Lamordian winters are; I've seen worse.

Harkon Lukas sounds like he'd make a great drinking buddy...just don't like him be the DD.

Go Dementlieu, no contest. Why? Two words: the food. (English vs French cuisine isn't really that tricky a choice, is it?)

Says you! A good fish and chips beats out snails and chicken livers any day. Though, admittedly, crepes make my heart go pitter-pat. Mordent for the meals, Dementlieu for the desserts!

I would have live in either Mordent, Dementlieu or Lamordia. All those domains are safe for a non fighter like myself. Especially if you stay near the Big cites. Plus most of those Domains are advanced enough were life might be Comfortable.

my default choice would be Mordent...but if I had any potent fighting skills I'd go with Verbrek...I like the idea of the simple life in a frontier village along the river...as, if I could choose my end, I'd rather be torn apart or infected by werewolves (a simle, noble way to go :P ) than by wererats or be enslaved as some undead's spawned slave or be some spellcaster's or mad scientist's experiment

I don't know: I couldn't ever willingly give up my eggs and bacon breakfast.

I'll be perfectly honest here: I'd probably want to make a stop by Falkovnia. Why?

A full English ah?!

I did it once on vacation for 3-4 days and I was such full that after that I only had dinner! :)

That is the nice thing about E&B breakies. Of course, if you need to stay up late, it keeps you up longer and faster than coffee.

I wouldn't classify myself as English really, but English breakfast is the way to go. Although, I must say to any Brits out there: You cook your bacon way too underdone. On the other hand Americans don't eat bacon so much as crisp ashes with salt. Being Canadian, I get it just right .

Ya when I was traveling through europe (Germany, Italy, Czech, Austria) I missed my E&B breakies. I mean seriously, cold cuts for breakfast?

Any way, back on topic: Having to eat in Ravenloft would itself be a curse. Why being that Italian food is soooooo good, and yet Borca is just...well...Borca (I bet you could get poisoned spagetti to).

On basis of food and drink, I'd probably backpack the core.

Dementlieu for me, no questions asked.

I would write amazing futuristic stories and scripts for the Opera of Port hallucine and would drink insane quantity of absinthe while waiting at the port for my players to get here (In my game my players are about to get from another land to Dementlieu by boat)... What ? Don't tell me there's no absinthe in your game with such name as Pernaud bay ?! I know, it's quite anachronic but who cares, it's just a nightmare anyway. Then I would contact my player's character telling them I know everything about what's happening to them... and I would try to help them, greatly profitting from the insane amount of gold they are carrying.

Hey! That's an idea... I think I'll introduce such an NPC... Some drunk fool from the future who's waiting for them trying to make a fast buck ! You know, the drunk poet telling them "it's just a game anyway, we are all just puppets in the imagination of greater being, the only way out is to drink yourself down to the sanitarium". Then I'll make myself die mysteriously before too much information is given ...
