I'm curious if anyone has even given crunch to the various novels, one-off mentions in gaming books or more that never received proper write-ups. This could be anything from macguffin artifacts that sounded cool in a line or domains like Mithras Court or Kislova. I'm just curious if anything has been converted or covered.
From what I'm aware the Naylor PF conversions and the Mistfactor Press books are among the only well known attempts to bring these ideas to life. But, if anyone has anything else, please let me know.

There's a brief 2E entry for Baroness Ilsabet and Kislova in the Kargatane's Book of Souls. The Mistipedia lists several different takes on Malbus and Abd-al-Mamat of Al Kathos.

I was fascinated by the following paragraph from Circle of Darkness:
As a result, Captain Anzya and Lieutenant Deshka appeared in an article I wrote for Qtr28 and reappeared in QtR30. On the other hand I never did publish any stat blocks for them.... the reason the Jackal is so successful and not even an entire stronghold of troops can’t stop her raids, is because the detachment’s captain is, in fact, the Jackal. With her werejaguar companion as her second-in-command, she can be a friend or a foe of the heroes.

Donskoy from "To sleep with evil", his son and his grandson are also interesting and deserve a mention somewhere.

I know Mistfactor did their own versions of the Dominion novels, but I wonder if anyone else has done something? If not, I guess I can try to fill the void eventually with some 2E stats. Or rather, when I can get around to it.

Land of Spectres article in Dragon #258 written by James Lowder has 2e stats of The Bloody Cobbler and The Whispering Beast found in Spectre of the Black Rose.
It also has pre-Gazetteer IV stats of Inza Magdova Kulchevich,
