In Gazetteer V, on page 111, in the recommended feats section for heroes native to Shadow Rift, is the "Psychic" feat. However, I did not find this talent anywhere.
Can someone help me?

I don't see it as a Feat in 3rd edition, but it was a Kit in the 2nd Edition 'Champions of the Mist'
I only wish I had retired sooner!

Your tip was very helpful. Based on her and the description of the RPHB Ethereal Empathy feat, I believe there was an error. I believe the intention was to describe Ethereal Empathy and they wrote Psychic
