After years of searching, I had a brief surge of hope today when on came up on ebay:

But it appears to be a new, custom-made one, not the original licensed one.
(also, the logo itself is printed, not embroidered like Jim's)

I considered getting it anyway, but ultimately decided it wasn't official enough for me to want it as a collectible, and I wouldn't wear it, so there's not much point for me. But if anyone else wants it, have at it....
