Ravenloft in Other Games

Has anyone tried to incorporate Ravenloft or Ravenloft-eske elements into other games they've played? The reason I ask this is I'm also a fan of The Sims and when part two came out, I made a sim family with Camille Dilisyna and Ivan and Ivana as teenagers. Since there was no cousin option, I had to make Ivan and Ivana siblings. The amusing thing was when I started up the family, the first thing Ivan did was give Ivana a noogie (this was automatic from the game).

I do want to try and build Castle Ravenloft in Planet Coaster at some point. I just need to figure out how to make the in-game grid match the map as closely as I can manage, and then there's room for a very good dark ride.
