I'm planning on using Azalin in this manner soon.

A powerful tome of arcane lore was stolen right under the noses of the PC's. ( Whom themselves were shadowing the transport and looking for an oppourtunity to nab it )

Azalin will show up at the University in Sidnar where they are studying demanding firm action to be taken in the pursuit of the thieves.

The PCs will literally stumble upon the king as he chides his most senior local Kargat and the University heads for the incident demanding summary hangings of anyone suspected of wrong-doing.

( Azalin's plan all along was to employ the tome as bait to lure out Drows encroaching upon his kingdom. However Andres Duvall beat them to it. )
