Some questions

I know that all of these have probably been answered elsewhere, but I don't know where.

What are the progressions (BAB, Fort, Ref, Will, HD, skill points), for the shapechanger type? I started playing when 3.5 was already out and they don't have the shapechanger type anymore. It's now a subtype. But I need to have it. Please?

Where do I post articles for your netbooks?

Why do most of the articles in your netbooks use 3.0 stats?

Since shapechanger is a subtype now, it doesn't have its own progressions. Use the progression for whatever the creatures base type is.

Bob the Efreet, I know they don't have it any more. But I still need it for things like the Red Widow and Wolfwere. And don't tell me to buy Denizens of Dread. I have no money and the bookstore I go to only has Denizens of Darkness.

Look under the Fraternity Netbooks board to find threads that detail the specifics for submitting articles for the netbooks.

The only reason that most acticles in our netbooks use 3.0 stats is because that is the edition most of our authors tend to use. We certainly accept articles using 3.5, but many contributors haven't converted their collection (and writing) over to that edition as of yet.

I'd use standard monsterous humanoid progression, with the (Shapechanger) subtype. The subtype does not mean much, except for Bane weapons.

Here's all the info on 3.0 shapechangers:

Shapechanger
Shapechanger: This type of creature has a stable body but can assume other forms. Unless noted otherwise, shapechangers have darkvision with a range of 60 feet.

Hit Die: d8
Attack Bonus: Total HDx3/4 (as cleric)
Good Saving Throws: Fortitude, Reflex, Will
Skill Points: +1 per extra HD
Feats: +1 per 4 extra HD
