Ok, Goren is casting Command if the Black Robe is close enough, the leading one. This way, if the STOP! works, the one behind will run into him and they will trip each other up, hopefully! It is good for 35 feet according to Goren's level. If not in range for that, he has no spell for that range so he will run as fast as he can to catch the injured one.

So, casting Command "STOP!" in Souragnien or "ARRETE!" if you prefer. That is the language they were speaking, I presume? If not the language he has understood them speaking.
