The Nightingale - OOC
You see the glimmer of the stream beneath,
But hear no murmuring: it flows silently.
Ottery, a small village in the Mistlands...
System: d20, all rolls I do are secret.
Character starting level: 1.
Alignments: All non-evil.
Class & Race restrictions: None.
Starting date: September 30.
0 of 5 PC spots open.

IN LIKE FLINT, YO YO YO
Delight is to him- a far, far upward, and inward delight- who against the proud gods and commodores of this earth, ever stands forth his own inexorable self.

If it fits I will most likely play a human rogue. He'll have some first aid skills as well as the common sneaking/peaking skills and some investigative ability (gather information).
If a more action-oriented PC is needed, I have some other ideas.

What about playing somebody related to my PC in some fashion? A relative, friend, business partner, etc?

Me? Sure I've no problem with that. We are already playing siblings abiet that I haven't had much time to RP that out with you.
Might indeed work, I'll have to think a little more about the character, I'd be making.

Yeah, I briefly thought about asking to transfer Dalorna (at first level and without acquired -in-play items) but Skybolt may eventually get his computer fixed/come off the graveyeard shift.

dun dun dun!!!!
Anyways, business partner's doesn't sound bad if we are both going to do the rogue with healing. Though we might want to diversify beyond that to cover a wide range of skills? xD

My other concept, which I'm not going to play, was a seventh son of a seventh son--named Septimus. Some sort of backwoods treasure-hunter or magician, blessed or cursed with the 'Second Sight' or other magical powers.

Yeah, diversity is a concern, especially with a small party.Zilfer wrote:dun dun dun!!!!

Of course, we can be travelling buddies and partners-in-adventure with or without similiar skill sets and powers.

It seems that the 'Septimus' name has been used a children's author- hardly a surprise.
It could still work, of course. It's not like 'Gandalf', after all.
