Zumba makes a normal attack. I'm assuming that the distance is 40ft. If that is so, he can cover the ground with just 1 move action (speed 50ft) and still attack with the quarterstaff. If this is not viable then he will change his action.

Also, I don't remember if Zumba has raged today. If not, that would be his next move. If yes, perhaps some stunning fist manouever.

The pitchmen are still in the energy wall, right? Also, from the original description, it sounded like the pitchmen were supplying flaming arrows to the archers, and now the archers are resorting to "standard" arrows in their own quivers. Is that accurate?

Right now, I'd say probably Lucien is closest, since Vincent and Zumba have run up. But while he'd take it (he will be using the crossbow a lot), clearly Vincent and Zumba have a more urgent need for the buff right now.
