Apart from my group of 5, I know about 6 more persons that play RV.

Thankfully, in my local RPG store I can still find 2e products, so I'm always full of amunition if my mind gets stale

I believe with me we are about 6 from Greece in this forum - 6% of the members! :D

Greetings,

I believe we are more. Let us see. Whisper, VAN, alhoon, tec-goblin, anhel, Sunstar and myself. We are at least seven and I believe another one is also related to this place. :D But we are on average only 3% of the members :( (total being 209)

I'm from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The city is sunny most of the year, but recently we had two small cyclones coming from the sea near Argentina. The south States were more affected, but it was enough to cast a dark sky over our entire region hundreds of miles north...

Here we have a reasonable amount of RL fans. I currently DM for a group of five, and one of them in turn is DM for other four, and one of them also DMs for other five. I also know at least two dozens of other players who meet in local conventions. Too bad Rio hasn't had a major convention for the last 3-4 years or so. Most RPG players - all settings and systems - live in São Paulo, and there are a lot of hack'n slash players who prefer anime-oriented RPGs.

Huh, honorary European status eh? I'd rather we expelled the French too, so you could build your own continent. I hear Greenland has plenty available space. :D

Smack dab in the middle of Norway here. Living in Norway's third largest city, and probably the 2nd highest Roleplayer - Normal people ratio in the country means that there is a big enough market both for LotR queues well over 200, and two gameshops. Both have a very good stock, but for some reason, one is always about two dollars cheaper than the other. Needless to say, I use the the first.

There must be some more RL-players here too, because the shop stocks quite a few RL products...

Malken, why not ask the shops if they will run ads to look for other RL gamers? It might be worth a try :)

Well, I have all the players I want at the moment, but it would be fun to try to find some fellow Ravenloft players out there. Maybe I could ask the owner of the shop what kind of people buy RL products. He's a very jovial fellah, he usually nods to me when we bump into each other, and I'm not even that much of a regular costumer...

Then it may well be worth a try, might even get a chance to brainstorm with Ravenloft fans outside your group for ideas on future adventures ;)

Is it just dementia, or are there an awful lot of Canadian's on this board, to whose number I may be nominally added?

Indeed, like maple syrup our insidious influence drips down across the globe. First softwood lumber, then our mad cow beef products - eventually we shall rule the world.

Fairbanks, Alaska.

U.S.A.

But culturally, more like an unholy hybrod of Canada, Russia, and the worst aspects of the U.S.A.'s redneck population.

Fear us.

If we ever hit a population that tops 1 million, we're invading the rest of the planet.

Find someplace nicer to live.

Aurora, Ontario, Canada. I am Canadian and proud of it! Ravenloft has already found its sanctuary in Canada. We have to deal the Masque of the Shifty Accountant in Ontario on a regular basis lol.

I do not know if this has already been mentioned but in fact, all of the Ravenloft roleplaying books are printed in Canada! Huzzah!
Information seems to come my way whether by chance or by fate, but all this means, is that I have yet to find out what will kill me and why. - The Stygian Inquirer

Hannover, Germany.

I`m not playing any D&D currently though. But RPG is big here in Germany as is D&D in general. I`m not so sure about Raveloft. They published six of the novels in germany and some of the adventures and books and the black box. Some of the 3 stuff is available in german too. Of course i buy mostly the original english stuff...
