Winter's Moon

Observed the entire night of each year's last full moon, Winter's Moon is a festival and celebration recognized by the aberrant denizens of Markovia. The festival includes dancing and feasts, and many of Markov's creations also participate in athletic competitions. Although it might seem weird and even savage to visitors from other domains, the Markovians view it with sublime joy.
