Toldun

Toldun, a hamlet of 200 people, sits at the feet of Mount Glacis in the bleak, cold domain of Vin’Ejal. The mayor of the town and Arbiter of the Law is Lord Pallignay Ogfenhauer.

Toldun has a single temple to Antar, a local benign deity of knowledge. The temple has a large library. The clergy try to act as spiritual counselors, but the locals don't pay much heed to religion.
