Elizabeth Hilltop (alias: The Mouse) is a Darkonian halfling cat burglar who dwells on a tiny island called Mousehole Island off of the coast of Nova Vaasa]. She has a reputation for being able to get through any barriers to purloin what she wishes on the Nocturnal Sea, though she mostly targets those who would prey on the common folk of Nova Vaasa. She fancies herself as their champion, proverbially stealing from the rich and giving to the poor.[1]
