Schlammholme Islets

The Schlammholme Islets are thirteen small, low, transient islands immediately south of Graben Island. The islets are gathered in clusters, of four, four and five, and reach out into the sea like three extended claws. The islets are separated from Graben Island only by the highest of fall and spring tides. The Schlammholme Islets and Graben Island came into existence in the Sea of Nebligtode as part of the domain of Nebligtode in 635 BC. Both were relocated to the Nocturnal Sea and joined to the Core in 750 BC.
