Remiel Delaroe

The story Remiel Delaroe is perhaps the most well-known such story associated with was a Dementlieuse butcher and would-be master chef. He gained the fame he sought through the use of a magic knife he purchased from a darkling. This knife was the Knife of the Ghoul. However, his old master discovered his use of the occultist knife and promised to expose Remiel's use of sorcery to artificially boost his skilli n cooking. Desperate to keep his secret, Remiel his former mentor down and then was compelled to feast upon his flesh. From there he picked up his cannibal addiction to killing and eating people. The Brain eventually discovered his routine and arranged for the law to catch him in the act. Following Remiel's execution, an unnamed servant of the Brain was to retrieve the knife, but said minion disappeared.
