Rain of Terror

Rain of Terror is a 4th level evocation spell that calls up a rainstorm with a one mile diameter and a roughly 2 to 4 hour duration that pours down one of the following:

• Black, putrid water
• Ash and embers
• Steaming blood
• Frogs or toads
• Dead bats
• Snakes
• Spiders

Options appearing later in the list require higher caster levels. Half of the living creatures brought about by this spell survive the fall, but all are harmless.
