Phantom's Bane

Phantom's Bane was a lich confronted by a group of monster hunters that included Rudolph van Richten, Geddar Ironheart, and Shauten. The lich had an impressive library inside its lair.[1]
Among his special weapons were Phantom Bane's Mummies, whom Dr. van Richten and his party confused for zombies, when in reality they were Rank 1 Ancient Dead.[2]

A copy of Phantom's Bane's notes on becoming a lich were found by Meltos in Tepest. He would later use them to become Nature's Sorrow.[3]
In 680 BC, Phantom's Bane killed Adame Nicht, one of the founders of the the Fraternity of Shadows.[4]
