Katherine

Destined from birth to be used as a weapon by her mother against the paladin Ione Demnach, Katherine was the child of the Lady of the Lake and powerful hag magic. As per the deal between the Lady and a covey of hags, Katherine would quickly mature with great beauty and a mastery over sorcery. However, just as quickly she would lose her beauty and youthfulness. Katherine went on to seduce Ione, driving his wife to despair and making her easy pickings for a murder by the Lady. Katherine's youthful beauty gave out sometime soon thereafter and she fled Demnach Keep. Later she spawned a monstrous caliban child, Madchen from Ione's seed. Katherine and her son were sent by the Lady to bring doom upon Ione and his household. Katherine was shot dead by the keep's guards.
