Juliette Preduit

Juliette Preduit is the leader of a wererat pack formerly from Paris and now residing in Montreal. Her pack victimized the people of Montreal for a while but eventually came into all-out warfare with the seawolves that inhabit the docks of Montreal. Rather than the usual weapon favored by wererats, Juliette prefers to rely on a shotgun and an unusual strength and size for a wererat.
