Jack Sallow

Jack Sallow was a would-be reformed bandit that decided to settle down and establish the Jacks and Queens inn upon the cursed grounds of Ashington Manor. Under his ownership, the manor seemed to overcome its reputation as a place of damnation- although the inn he ran was known to be a place of vice. However, Sallow's redemption didn't take, as he conducted the secret murder and robbing of guests he believe he could get away with, including the runaway daughter of a rich merchant. The day after he deflected the suspicions of the girl's boyfriend, Sallow fell victim to the cyclical Ashington Curse. Maekon used her venom to drive Sallow and the others into homicidal furies and go after each other.

Decades later, Ashington Manor has been caught in a strange temporal distortion, where its various tragedies are replayed in alternating time shifts. During the time of the inn era time shifts, Sallow is not really present but his likeness is fused with that of Lord Herod Ashington, the manor's first mass murderer.
