Ian the Jester

An air of distraction, chaos, and general confusion clouds the minds of everyone inside Ian the Jester's domain, save for Ian himself. Yet Ian suffers because his antics as a trickster are relatively meaningless with everybody generally bamboozled all the time.[1]
