Eduard Duvoir (NPC)

Eduard Duvoir is a Falkovnian tailor who offers fugitives from Vlad Drakov's wrath shelter and relocation, but then betrays them by locking them in his basement without food or water. This callous betrayal has earned him a curse of maledictive lycanthropy, specifically that of a maledictive wererat.
