Danika Dorakova is an NPC from the 5th Edition module Curse of Strahd. She is a wereraven and one of the proprietors of the Blue Water Inn in Vallaki. In addition, she is one of the Keepers of the Feather.[1]
Relationships
Danika's and co-owner of the inn is Urwin Martikov. Their two young sons are Brom and Bray.[1] Davian Martikov, Urwin's grouch of a father, owns the Wizard of Wines, the source of wine for their inn. Father and son are not on good terms; this tiff originated when Davian blamed Urwin for the lost of the gems that power the Winery.[2] In addition to his immediate family and father, Urwin also has two brothers: Adrian Martikov (the eldest of Davian's sons), Elvir Martikov (the youngest), and one sister, Stefania Martikova[3]
Beyond Family, the Martikovs have several friends among the Keepers of the Feather. As they are members of this secret organization, they oppose Strahd.[1] On the job, Danika is the [[bartender whereas her husband is the cook.[4]
The regulars include Szoldar Szoldarovich and Yevgeni Krushkin, a pair of local guides and hunters, as well as Nikolai and Karl Wachter, the delinquent and drunkard children of Lady Fiona Wachter. Since arriving at the inn, Rictavio has benefited from Urwin's kindness and charity[4]
